With over 25 years of experience in leadership development, and coaching, Tarree has dedicated her career to nurturing growth, resilience, and boldness in both individuals and organizations. Her journey as a coach and people leader has taken her across the corporate landscape, where she has empowered leaders to unlock their full potential and foster thriving, inclusive workplaces.

In 2020, amidst the global pandemic and the challenges of student remote learning ,Tarree had a profound realization: youth flourish in connection, and emotional intelligence is the foundation for their growth into confident, well-rounded individuals. Recognizing the vital importance of nurturing young minds, she took a courageous leap—becoming a certified Youth Development Coach—and expanded her mission to support girls from adolescents into adulthood during pivotal moments in their lives.

This new chapter gave birth to Be the Spark Global, a platform dedicated to empowering young girls to be bold, courageous, and fearless. Through coaching, workshops, writing, and speaking engagements, Tarree passionately advocates for girls growth and success at every stage of life. Her work is some of the most meaningful of her career, driven by her belief that every girl deserves to see her own brilliance and step into her power.

Tarree’s mission is simple yet profound: "I get to be the person I wish I had growing up." She believes every girl has a spark within her—waiting to be ignited—and she’s here to help them do just that.
